Scan

This stage is all about validation. We work closely with you to select ideas that are interesting and viable for further development. Together, we explore propositions that open up underserved markets and uncover untapped potentials within your current customer segments.
Why do we scan?

How do we scan?

Build

Once it's clear that we all share conviction around the go-to-market strategy, we’ll go beyond validation and deliver proof of concepts. At The Main Ingredient, we have a full set of in-house capabilities to build a high end product and venture with it.

How do we grow?
Together, we can start forming the team that will run and implement the business within the existing corporate structure. Or, if the venture asks for a spin-out, we’ll start identifying partners and assembling dedicated teams to run the business independently. If relevant, we focus on building a governance model that provides ongoing value creation opportunities.
